End of Module 2!

Fantastic! Finished Module 2! Can't believe it really, and can't believe how much I am enjoying this, I find I really look forward to my Wednesdays with Lynda, so interesting and fun. This last Wednesday we had time to chat too, which was rather nice, and we talked about the houses which she had viewed in light of her house move. So when it was my turn to practice on her, with a deepener, I added a little sentence about making decisions and being in control of your own destiny. The Wednesday before, it was the first time we had used THE CHAIR! and we took turns to use the progressive relaxation technique, with the flight of stairs deepener. I added a bit about a control for pain. Lynda did jump up after and say that the pain in her foot had gone! I hope it did help. Generally I fel that I am starting to get a grasp on the concept of hypnotherapy and what it entails. Feel a bit daunted about having the confidence to find the right words and also seem professional; in my practice sessions with friends, LJand C couldn't resreain their laughter, and L hasn't really seemed impressed.. Only Edie is complimentary, and asks for me to practice on her all the time.
