Finished First Module!

Yippee! I have finnished the first module and can look back to see what I have learnt so far. I have learnt that I like Lynda, my tutor. I have learnt that it is something I look forward to. I have learnt that I can help my daughter with her anxiety. And I have learnt that it has been fun and interesting meeting up with my friends to practise on them. Practical things I have learnt: 1. To actually introduce my session and to say what I am going to do. 2. to make sure that the radio is turned off! 3. To have the confidence to change the script. 4. To slow right down. 5. Each client is really different. For example Linda said that next time she will lie on the floor. Julia said that she didn't want me to dump her. Some people said that it should be longer. 6. I enjoyed writing the essay, so I have started doing some creative writing. 7. I must believe in myself. And that I have noticed that every time I practise I really learn something.
